Drop your PDF into the box, then choose how to split it: "Pick pages" to keep specific pages or ranges (type 1-3, 5 or click the page thumbnails), "Every N pages" to cut it into equal parts, or "Each page" to get one PDF per page. Click Split PDF and download the result.
Use "Pick pages", select the pages you want (for example 2-4, 9), and click Split PDF. You get a single PDF with only those pages. Turn on "Save each range as its own PDF" if you want each range as a separate file instead.

Yes. Every page thumbnail in Pick pages mode has rotate buttons, and the rotation is applied to the PDF you download.
Encrypted PDFs need to be unlocked first. Open the file in your PDF viewer, enter the password, then save or print it to a new PDF (Print -> Save as PDF) and add that copy here.
Page content, images, and links are kept. Bookmarks (the sidebar outline) and interactive form fields may not carry over to the new files, so check the result if you depend on them.
